Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a zinc smelting electric furnace. The zinc smelting electric furnace comprises a furnace body and transformers, wherein the furnace body is horizontal type cylindrical with two closed ends, a smoke outlet is formed in the upper part of the left end of the furnace body, a tapping hole is formed in the lower part of the right end of the furnace body, a slag hole is formed in the lower-middle part of the right end of the furnace body, multiple graphite electrodes used for heating the inner cavity of the furnace body are arranged at the upper end of the furnace body, a charging hole penetrating through the furnace body is formed between every two adjacent graphite electrodes, binding posts are arranged at the upper part of the transformer, two connecting lines are arranged on each binding post and are used for connecting spaced graphite electrodes, the transformers are three-phase alternating-current transformers, rated capacity of each transformer is 16000KVA, quantity of the transformers is two, quantity of the graphite electrodes is 12, and the diameter of each graphite electrode is 550-650mm. The zinc smelting electric furnace has the advantages that the problem of top punching of the zinc smelting electric furnace is solved, circuit capacity is high, yield is high (200t/d), energy consumption is low (3200KWh/t.zn), thermal energy distribution is uniform, utilization is reasonable, a construction period is short, operation is simple, control is easy, and no zinc hydrometallurgy acid mud pollution is produced.
