The method comprises the following steps: pumping a Dunaliella culture solution into an upper cylinder via a feed port, starting an upper disk centrifuge and a stirrer, adding a flocculant, cooling the Dunaliella culture solution to inactivate the algae to form an alga floccule which is centralized to a middle cylinder and sinks into the a lower cylinder, opening a drainage port valve to discharge the alga floccule supernate via a drainage port, carrying out initial separation on the Dunaliella and culture solution, gradually concentrating the Dunaliella floccule in the lower cylinder, starting a lower disk centrifuge until the Dunaliella is thoroughly separated from the culture solution, opening a discharge port valve to discharge Dunaliella slurry via a discharge port, diluting with distilled water, carrying out centrifugal dehydration, and cleaning to purify and elute all the salts and flocculant on the Dunaliella surface, thereby implementing Dunaliella collection.
