Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-assembly short peptide and an application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the self-assembly short peptide is XX Ile Ile Ile Ile XX, wherein X is Arg or Lys, when X is Arg, the amino acid sequence is named as R2I4R2, and when X is Lys, the amino acid sequence is named as K2I4K2. The invention provides a novel type of self-assembly short peptide to increase the types of self-assembly short peptides. A novel type of self-assembly material is provided and can form stable nano fibers which can be applied to cell three-dimensional culture, and can be used for simulating a microenvironment for living of cells in vivo, sticking cell growth factors, and providing a three-dimensional microenvironment for living of cells in vitro. The invention provides a novel type of self-assembly material which can be used for stabilizing the structure of a Taq enzyme, improving the amplification efficiency of PCR (polymerase chain reaction), and providing a new research tool for the field of molecular biology.
