Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an ion-absorbed rare earth mother solution treatment recycling method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly carrying out sand filtration, safety filtration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration on the mother solution to be treated to obtain concentrated water and permeating water, wherein the concentrated water is used as ion-absorbed rare earth concentrated mother solution and the permeating water returns to a liquid mixing tank for mixing liquid; adding 10% sodium sulphide solution into the concentrated water, continuously stirring uniformly with an air pump and carrying out solid-liquid separation by using a centrifuging machine, wherein the separated supernate is concentrated impurity-free liquid and precipitate generated after solid-liquid separation is impurity-free residue; adding saturated ammonium bicarbonate into the concentrated impurity-free liquid, continuously stirring uniformly with the air pump and carrying out precipitate aging crystallization and centrifugal solid-liquid separation. By virtue of the method disclosed by the invention, the problems of an existing impurity removal-precipitate recycling process that facilities cannot be reused and the automation level is low can be solved, the rare earth recovery rate is improved and environment pollution is reduced.
