Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an elevator control device capable of improving anti-interference performance while shortening assembling time and an elevator using same. The elevator control device is provided with an inverter circuit for supplying AC power to the motor of a driving winch and a PCB (1) on a cooling fin (7). The PCB (1) is provided with areas A to D. A brake control circuit portion (5) and an inverter control circuit portion (4) are arranged in the area B and the area D respectively. The area A is connected with an IPM (8) with a built-in inverter circuit and is equipped with an interface circuit portion (2) for transmitting and receiving signals between the IPM and the inverter control circuit portion (4). A power circuit portion (3) is arranged in the area C.
