The horizontal feeding device comprises an ejector rod device and a feeding device body, wherein the feeding device body comprises a feeding base (100), fine adjusting supports (101) are installed on four corners of the feeding base (100) respectively, universal wheels (102) are installed at the bottom ends of the fine adjusting supports (101), the ejector rod device comprises an ejector rod base (200), fine adjusting supports (101) are installed on four corners of the bottom face of the ejector rod base (200) respectively, and universal wheels (102) are installed at the bottom end of the fine adjusting supports (101). The horizontal feeding device is reasonable in design, not only achieves accurate feeding, but also is easy to maintain and long in service life.
