Movable bottom switch tie model and method for producing switch tie thereof

The invention relates to a movable bottom switch tie model and a method for producing a switch tie thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pre-stressed concrete switch tie producing. The movable bottom switch tie model comprises a model framework, model side boards and a model bottom board. The model side boards are arranged on the inner sides of the model framework. The model bottom board is provided with a preformed hole which corresponds to a certain model of the switch tie. The model bottom board is detachably connected with the model side boards. A cavity used for casting of the switch tie is formed by the model side boards and the model bottom board. According to the movable bottom switch tie model, the problem in the prior art that when a switch tie model produces different models of switch ties, a preformed hole of a former type needs to be blocked, and a preformed hole of a new model of a switch tie needs to be arranged, as a result repeated model changing is needed is solved. By only replacing the model bottom board, the different models of the switch ties can be produced, the model changing efficiency is greatly improved, the damage on the flatness of the model bottom board due to the repeated model changing is thoroughly prevented, and the production cost of the switch ties is lowered.
