Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a double offset ring torque spanner for screwing an engine valve clearance adjusting nut. The double offset ring torque spanner comprises a screwing connector, a pen cap holder and an identification device. The screwing connector is provided with a double offset ring hole. A pen refill opening receding hole is formed in the end, close to a handle, of the double offset ring hole. The pen cap holder is fixed to the top face of one side of the double offset ring hole of the screwing connector. The end of the pen cap holder is provided with a pen cap open slot corresponding to the pen refill opening receding hole. The identification device comprises a painting pen refill, a pen cap and a spring. The pen cap is in a tubular shape and is fixed in the pen cap open slot. The painting pen refill is plugged into the inner center of the spring and fixed in the inner cavity of the pen cap along with the spring.
