Zusammenfassung:The invention is applicable to the technical field of tool machining and discloses a process for manufacturing a machining tool made of alloy materials. The process includes the following steps that a tool body is prepared, a working layer is formed on the surface of the tool body in a physical vapor deposition (PVD) mode, and low-temperature subzero treatment is conducted on the tool body with the working layer. According to the process for manufacturing the machining tool made of the alloy materials, after the working layer is formed in the PVD mode, the stability of different components can be improved through low-temperature subzero treatment, and the overall performance of the tool is improved. After treatment is conducted, a large number of cutting tests show that the service life of the tool can be prolonged effectively and greatly, tool cost is reduced, machining quality is improved, the tool can be applied to machining of high-temperature alloy titanium alloy such as aerospace engine blade materials, and machining precision and machining efficiency are high.
