Trimming edge structure of automobile punching part die

The invention discloses a trimming edge structure of an automobile punching part die. The automobile punching part die comprises an upper die and a lower die. Trimming inserts are arranged at the outer edge of the lower end face of the upper die and the outer edge of the upper end face of the lower die in a surrounding manner respectively. Wavy trimming edges are arranged on the trimming inserts. Each wavy trimming edge comprises a plurality of wave crests and wave troughs which are connected sequentially and alternately. The trimming inserts arranged on the upper die and the lower die are in one-to-one correspondence. The wave crests and the wave troughs of the trimming edge of the trimming insert of the upper die are matched with the wave troughs and the wave crests of the trimming edge of the trimming inert of the lower die. The heights of the wavy trimming edges are different, and feed is increased slowly when plates are cut by the trimming edges to achieve dispersing of trimming blanking force, so that noise caused during cutting and trimming is low, influences of cutting on the die are small, and service life of the die is long.
