Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a solar panel cleaning device which comprises a solar panel cleaning component 1 and a cleaning device fixing and angle rough adjusting component 2. The solar panel cleaning component 1 is mainly used for cleaning solar panels and finely adjusting cleaning angles; the solar panel cleaning device can be fixed onto a forklift truck by the aid of the cleaning device fixing and angle rough adjusting component 2, and the cleaning angles can be roughly adjusted by the cleaning device fixing and angle rough adjusting component 2. The solar panel cleaning device has the advantages that the solar panel cleaning device is simple in structure, large-scale cleaning operation can be implemented on the solar panels, the cleaning angles further can be flexibly adjusted according to mounting angles of the solar panels, and increase of the cost due to repeated mounting can be prevented.
