Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a discarded metal particle dry method gravity concentration separation method. A main method for extracting aluminum includes the steps that ball-milling is conducted on eddy current separation substances serving as raw materials, the ball-milled substances are scanned, and blocks and powder are separated; iron, copper, glass, ceramic and the like in the blocks are separated from coarse aluminum blocks; a residual aluminum separating agent composed of halide is added to a smelting furnace and heated to become fused salt, the coarse aluminum blocks are then added to be stirred, impurity slag in the coarse aluminum enters an upper-layer fused salt phase, and molten aluminum sinks to the bottom of the furnace; the molten aluminum is then rapidly drained into an iron casting die and solidified, and therefore an aluminum ingot with the aluminum content over 96% is acquired. After being used multiple times, the residual aluminum separating agent is separated from the insoluble slag through a water-dissolving method, and the residual aluminum separating agent is recycled after being dewatered. The method has the advantages that the process is simple, operation is convenient, the recovery rate of the aluminum is high, and the aluminum in waste incineration slag is reclaimed. |
