Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an air ring air speed distribution measurement and adjustment device and method of a coal mill. The air ring air speed distribution measurement and adjustment device comprises a plurality of pitot tubes corresponding to air ring openings one by one, a plurality of pressure measuring devices and connection pipes which correspond to the pitot tubes one by one, a plurality of flow guide plates located in an inlet air channel, and adjusting rods corresponding to the flow guide plates one by one, wherein each pitot tube is provided with a measuring head, a static pressure hole and a total pressure hole; each measuring head is located under the corresponding air ring opening and is just opposite to the air direction of an air ring inlet; the total pressure holes and the static pressure holes are connected with the pressure measuring devices by the connection pipes; the flow guide plates are arranged on the adjusting rods; a plurality of pairs of through holes corresponding to the adjusting rods one by one are formed in the wall surface of the inlet air channel; the adjusting rods are sleeved with the through holes; and the two ends of the adjusting rods stretch out of the wall surface of the inlet air channel. According to the air ring air speed distribution measurement and adjustment device, the air ring air speed distribution is measured by the pitot tubes and adjusted by the flow guide plates, and raw coal is prevented from falling from air rings with the low air speed, so that the problem of discharging the raw coal of the coal mill is solved, the utilization rate of the raw coal is improved and the production cost is reduced.
