The invention relates to a cartoon facial mask. The cartoon facial mask is characterized by structurally comprising a substrate layer, coating layers and a pattern layer, wherein the coating layers are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the substrate layer in a coating manner; the pattern layer is that various different patterns are printed and dyed on a light facial mask by adopting printing ink; the pattern layer is on the outer head faces of the upper surfaces of the coating layers; the substrate layer is a piece of non-woven fabric and silk mixed facial mask paper; the substrate layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30% of polypropylene, 15-20% of polyamide, 13-20% of polyester, 8-10% of adhesive, 10-30% of honey, 2-5% of acrylic fibre, 10-30% of collagen silk, and 20-30% of water, wherein the collagen silk is prepared by the following steps of: pulling silkworm cocoons to form silk, adding water, immersing by using warm water at 20-40 DEG C for 2-6 h, uniformly stirring to form white semitransparent silk, and filtering to remove precipitate so as to extract silk protein.
