Zusammenfassung:	A wearable structure with a replaceable absorber comprises a wearing body, a first absorption portion used for absorbing liquid, a second absorption portion used for absorbing liquid and a separation portion used for separating liquid. The wearing body is provided with a combining surface, the first absorbing portion is combined on the combining surface of the wearing body, the second absorbing portion is detachably combined on the combining surface of the wearing body, the separation portion is arranged between the first absorption portion and the second absorption portion so as to separate liquid of the second absorption portion from seeping to the first absorption portion, and the separation portion and/or the second absorption portion is provided with a first antileak side. Thus, urine of the second absorption portion can be prevented from seeping to the first absorption portion.
