Cooking utensil

The invention provides a cooking utensil comprising a body and a cover disposed on the same. The cooking utensil further comprises a pressure-limiting exhaust device communicated with an inner cavity of the body. The cover is provided with a mode switching device used for switching an exhaust cooking mode and a sealing cooking mode for the cooking utensil. The mode switching device comprises a drive part, a switch part and a transmission part; the drive part is connected with the cover; the switch part is connected with the cover and is used for controlling a circuit to execute the exhaust cooking mode and the sealing cooking mode; the transmission part is disposed between the drive part and the pressure-limiting exhaust device; the drive part has a first drive position, driving the transmission part to open the pressure-limiting exhaust device and trigger the switch part, so that the cooking utensil is the exhaust cooking mode; the drive part further has a second drive position, driving the transmission part to close the pressure-limiting exhaust device and open the switch part, so that the cooking utensil is in the sealing cooking mode. The cooking utensil can switch between the sealing state and the exhaust cooking state.
