The automatic sugarcane peeling and cutting off device is simple and compact in overall structure, any sugarcane with the diameter and axial dimension changing gradually can be cut into equal allowance, the device is also provided with the cutting off device, equal length cutting off can be achieved, the phenomenon of cutter ejection by the sugarcane can be effectively avoided, the service life of cutters is prolonged to the maximum, and meanwhile a smooth octagon cross section of the cut-off sugarcane can be obtained.
