The rapid propagation method comprises the following steps: carrying out seedling exercising on virus-free regenerated plantlet bottle seedlings which are obtained by virtue of stem tip culture, planting the regenerated plantlet bottle seedlings in a plastic greenhouse, and mounting a fly net; building a shading net at noon after the regenerated plantlet bottle seedlings are primarily transplanted for 2 weeks; when virus-free seedlings grow to be longer than 40cm, shearing stems from the upper parts of the virus-free seedlings, inserting the stems into the plastic greenhouse, carrying out rapid propagation, mounting fly nets to two ends of the plastic greenhouse, after cutting seedlings grow to be longer than 40cm, shearing the stems, and carrying out cutting propagation; before field planting, shearing the stems after the stems grow to be 1m, so that the land of the plastic greenhouse can be saved; shearing rapidly propagated potato stems in the plastic greenhouse, planting the potato stems in a field breeder seed propagation land, after the branches grow, shearing the stems from the upper parts of the branches, carrying out repropagation in the field, shearing the stems in the plastic greenhouse again, and planting the stems in the field until the last ten-day of July to the first ten-day of August. According to the rapid propagation method, a lot of stems can be propagated from each virus-free test-tube seedling and can be planted in the field breeder seed propagation land, and finally a lot of virus-free breeder potato seeds can be obtained.
