The invention discloses a programmable-control reconfigurable antenna based on transversal PIN diodes. The antenna mainly comprises a servo circuit, a programmable voltage source and an antenna array, wherein the antenna array is an antenna array composed of 2N-row and 2M-column transversal PIN diodes; the servo circuit controls the programmable voltage source by programming and enables the programmable voltage source to output multi-path voltage meeting programming requirements; the 2MN+M+N paths of voltage output by the programmable voltage source can be connected with the corresponding transversal PIN diodes in the antenna array, and can control the switch-on and switch-off of the transversal PIN diodes. A programmable-control frequency-reconfigurable antenna and a programmable-control linear array antenna or planar array antenna can be realized.
