Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a flexible rare-earth magnet manufacturing method and a flexible rare-earth magnet. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that raw materials are prepared according to the proportion, the raw materials comprise rear-earth magnetic powder, thermoplastic elastomer binders and processing agents, and the raw materials are evenly mixed; the mixed raw materials are blended, and a blended object is obtained; rolling is conducted on the blended object at least twice, the amount of compression of rolling ranges from 20% to 50% each time, and a thin magnetic sheet is formed; by the adoption of the manufacturing method, the ultra-thin flexible bonding magnet which has the higher magnetic property, mechanical property and excellent flexibility is obtained. The invention further provides the flexible rare-earth magnet obtained through the manufacturing method. The magnet ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm in thickness, ranges from 4.0 g/cm to 5.5 g/cm in density and is larger than 4MGOe in magnetic energy product.
