Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ejector retainner plate test system and method. The ejector retainner plate test system comprises a to-be-tested ejector retainner plate and a testing machine, the to-be-tested ejector retainner plate is provided with a plurality of to-be-tested ejector pins, the testing machine comprises a transmission device, at least one connector and a simulation digital conversion module, the to-be-tested ejector retainner plate is arranged in the testing machine, a coordinate crosspiece is stored in the testing machine and is provided with coordinate information of the to-be-tested ejector pins, and the testing machine reads the coordinate information; the transmission device is installed on the testing machine and is provided with a probe; the multiple to-be-tested ejector pins are electrically connected to any connecting point of the connector; the connector is electrically connected to the simulation digital conversion module and a digital simulation conversion module. According to the coordinate information recorded by coordinate files, the probe is moved to each to-be-tested ejector pin of the to-be-tested ejector retainner plate through the transmission device for conducting electric testing, information of pin holes where the ejector pins needing debugging on the ejector retainner plate after electric testing is summarized, and debugging is carried out. The ejector retainner plate test system and method have the advantages of being simple in operation program and low in manufacturing cost. |
