Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a rapid stop valve of a head upsetting device. The rapid stop valve comprises a valve body, an oil inlet connector, an oil outlet connector, a main valve, an unloading valve, a pressure gauge connector and an oil return connector. An oil inlet channel, an oil outlet channel, an oil return channel and a pressure gauge channel are formed in the valve body. The oil inlet end of the oil return channel and the oil inlet end of the oil outlet channel are communicated with the oil outlet end of the oil inlet channel. The oil inlet end of the pressure gauge channel is connected with the oil outlet channel. The oil inlet connector and the valve body are connected with the oil inlet end of the oil inlet channel through threads. The oil return connector and the valve body are connected with the oil outlet end of the oil return channel through threads. The oil outlet connector and the valve body are connected with the oil outlet end of the oil outlet channel through threads. The pressure gauge connector and the valve body are connected with the tail end of the pressure gauge channel through threads. The unloading valve is connected with the valve body through threads, and the oil return channel is blocked by a conical valve nozzle at the bottom of the unloading valve. The main valve is connected with the valve body through double threads, and the oil outlet end of the oil inlet channel is blocked by a conical valve nozzle at the bottom of the main valve. The opening and closing speed of the stop valve and the main valve is increased through the double threads, and the head upsetting efficiency of the head upsetting device is improved.
