Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a tool for bonding a metal edge protector to composite blades. A front baffle is fixed to the front end of a bottom plate and a rear baffle is fixed to the rear portion of the bottom plate. One end, away from a propeller shaft, of an upper cover plate is supported on the side wall of the front baffle and the other end of the upper cover plate is supported on the side wall of the rear baffle. Two or more lower supporting blocks are fixedly arranged between the front baffle and the rear baffle. A containing groove matched with a corresponding position of one end, with no metal edge protector, of each blade is formed in each lower supporting block. Screw rods are fixed to the two ends of each lower supporting block. A rubber protection mat is fixed to the bottom face of each containing groove. Lug plates protrude from the positions, corresponding to the lower supporting blocks, of the upper cover plate. Holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the screw rods, of the lug plates. The screw rods are placed in the holes and are pressed and fixed through locking nuts. A rubber mat is fixed to the inner wall of the upper cover plate and a heating component is wrapped by the rubber mat. By means of the tool, the metal edge protector is bonded to the composite blades. The bonding effect is good and no void points exist. The heat transfer effect is good and energy is saved. Besides, blade damage is avoided.
