Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving rotational precision of a fiber-optic gyroscope inclinometer and a positioning device. A rotation clearance of gears in a motor speed reducer is eliminated through unidirectional rotation of a positioning shaft, and the rotational precision of the fiber-optic gyroscope inclinometer is improved. An elastic ball head is arranged on the positioning shaft, a support is arranged outside the positioning shaft, and four V-shaped bosses different by 90 degrees are arranged in inner holes of the support. When the motor speed reducer drives the positioning shaft to stop rotating, the elastic ball head on the positioning shaft exactly jack the sliding-off inclined faces of the V-shaped bosses in the inner holes of the support, and the positioning shaft still bears force consistent with the rotating direction of the positioning shaft after stopping rotating, so that the situation that a clearance is generated between the gears in the motor speed reducer due to reverse rotation of the positioning shaft is avoided. Therefore, the rotation clearance of the motor speed reducer is eliminated, and precision is improved. |
