Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to a method for rapidly breaking walls of fungal microbes and using fungal microbe lysate in gene amplification. The method omits total DNA extraction and purification steps, directly uses lysate as a template in rapid amplification of fungal microbe gene, comprises the steps of fungal microbe collection, wall breaking, specific PCR amplification and electrophoresis detection, and has the characteristics of fast operation, high specificity and good versatility. The method is suitable for rapid wall breaking of trichoderma, penicillium and aspergillus fungal microbes and amplification of genes related with the fungal microbes.
