The invention discloses an efficient waste treatment system for power generation. The efficient waste treatment system for power generation comprises waste dehydration treatment equipment used for spin-drying and air-drying waste treatment, waste sorting equipment used for sorting organics from waste subjected to spin-drying and air-drying, anaerobic fermentation equipment used for enabling organic matters in the organics to be fully resolved to generate methane, and thermoelectric generator equipment utilizing the methane which is subjected to purification treatment through desulfuration, decarbonization and dehydration to achieve power generation, wherein the waste dehydration treatment equipment comprises a drum with a plurality of water outlet holes formed therein and an air duct mounted in the drum, and a plurality of air outlets facing the water outlet holes are formed in the air duct. As the organic matters are sorted from waste subjected to spin-drying and air-drying, the organic matter sorting efficiency is improved, and the waste treatment efficiency for power generation is improved. As waste is subjected to spin-drying and air-drying at the same time, waste dehydration is greatly sped up.
