Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a preparation method for rosin-modified phenolic resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing alkylphenol with solid formaldehyde having the concentration being 93-95%, adding a catalyst, and producing a reaction to obtain an alkyl phenolic resin condensation product; (2) mixing rosin with tung oil, producing a reaction to obtain a rosin and tung oil additive product, mixing the rosin and tung oil additive product with the alkyl phenolic resin condensation product, producing a reaction at 170-220 DEG C for 2-3 hours, and obtaining an alkyl phenolic resin and rosin additive product; (3) continuously adding pentaerythritol and glycerin into a reaction kettle, adding the catalyst, stirring at 220-225 DEG C for 1 hour, heating to 260-265 DEG C, and esterifying for 6-10 hours to obtain the rosin-modified phenolic resin.
