Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a cement grinding aid preparation method, which comprises: (1) preparing raw materials, wherein 8-13% by weight of ethylene glycol, 3-5% by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.5-2.5% by weight of carboxymethyl starch, 0.7-1.4% by weight of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1.5-2.5% by weight of triisopropanolamine, and 75-85% by weight of water are matched; (2) heating and stirring the raw materials, wherein the raw materials are quantitatively transferred into a reactor, heated to a temperature of 30-35 DEG C, and stirred for 30-60 min; and (3) cooling the heated and stirred raw materials to a room temperature, discharging the material, and packaging to obtain the finished product. With the application of the method of the present invention to prepare the cement grinding aid, the cement production energy consumption and the cement production cost can be reduced, and the cement yield within the unit time and the cement quality can be increased. In addition, the cement grinding aid of the present invention is added to the cement mill during the cement grinding, such that the machine-hour of the cement mill can be increased by more than or equal to 15%, the strength of the produced cement is increased by more than or equal to 3 MPa over 3 days, and the strength of the produced cement is increased by more than or equal to 4 MPa over 28 days. |
