Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a composite material non-magnetic roller. The composite material non-magnetic roller comprises a roller body and an enhanced region, the roller body comprises an inner functional layer, a structural layer and an outer functional layer, wherein the structural layer is formed by winding glass fiber reinforcing thermoset resin compound systems, and the thickness ratio of the inner functional layer to the outer functional layer is 1:5-1:10. The composite material non-magnetic roller has the advantages that the composite material non-magnetic roller with no magnetism, light weight, high rigidity, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and high reliability is provided, meanwhile, the non-magnetic roller also has the advantages of low energy consumption and low wastage, therefore, the production cost and the maintenance cost are effectively reduced, meanwhile, a production method of the composite material non-magnetic roller can reasonably select raw materials adopted by the inner functional layer and the outer functional layer and the proportion and thickness between the raw materials, the thickness, the connection mode and the forming method of the roller body are reasonably set, and therefore the usability of the produced non-magnetic roller is high, and the purposes of facilitating installment construction and relieving the labor intensity of constructors are further achieved.
