The structure is characterized in that a control handle (1-1) is installed at one end of the control screw rod (1), a threaded rod (1-3) is installed at the other end of the control screw rod (1), the threaded rod (1-3) is provided with two control screw rod limiting clamping rings (1-2), the first fixing shaft sleeve (2-2) is fixedly installed to an automobile frame (12) through a support (2-1), and the first fixing shaft sleeve (2-2) is installed between the two control screw rod limiting clamping rings (1-2) of the control screw rod (1). When a collision occurs, the forked rod (6) can restrain the pedal rod (9) from moving towards a driver, and injuries on the driver are reduced.
