Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an electric automobile battery pack unit on-off and motor drive system and a control method thereof. A battery pack unit connection system comprises a motor, a battery pack, a sensor and a controller. A power converter between the battery pack and the motor is omitted, corresponding voltage signals are obtained by controlling a battery pack unit, action is directly conducted on the motor, and the energy loss is reduced; the battery output voltage can be controlled and changed; especially in an alternating-current motor, the voltage regulating function and the frequency regulating function can be achieved by controlling a solid relay according to the conditions, and the control type can be simplified.
