The writing erasing pen can overcome the defects in the prior art, is simple in structure and low in cost, can conveniently erase the writing of an oily marking pen, and prevents writing erasing liquid (high-concentration alcohol higher than 75%) from being volatilized and lost; and in particular, the writing erasing pen not only can erase a small amount of writing of the oily marking pen, but also can erase a large area of writing of the oily marking pen.
