Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a triangular belt vulcanizing and forming mould and a method for forming a toothed triangular belt, aiming at the problems that the forming mould in the prior art is low in efficiency and high in labour intensity in the event of forming a triangular belt; the triangular belt vulcanizing and forming mould comprises a left circular mould, a middle circular mould and a right circular mould; a left mould forming surface matched with the left side surface of the triangular belt in shape and size is arranged at the right side of the left mould; a right mould forming surface matched with the right side surface of the triangular belt in shape and size is arranged at the left side of the right mould; a top surface matched with the bottom surface of the triangular belt in shape and size is arranged on the middle mould; the left mould and the middle mould are in inserted connection; the right mould and the middle mould are in inserted connection; and therefore, the left mould forming surface, the right mould forming surface and the top surface form a cavity for containing the triangular belt. Demoulding automation is realized by adopting the triangular belt vulcanizing and forming mould disclosed by the invention; the method disclosed by the invention is characterized in that transmission teeth are arranged on the mould, so that a toothed triangular belt is obtained while the triangular belt is formed through vulcanization, and four sides of the toothed triangular belt are wrapped by canvases. |
