The coating buffering dispersing machine provided by the invention adopts a double-layer stirring tank structure and can drive the stirring tank to rotate continuously and slowly under the action of the rotation of the spindle shaped outer shell after the stirring blades stop working, so that a phenomenon that a coating is distributed unevenly due to a sudden stirring stopping operation is avoided.
