Method for preparing effective parts of nutmeg total lignanoids

The invention discloses a method for preparing effective parts of nutmeg total lignanoids. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment: taking nutmeg, and crushing and screening the nutmeg to obtain nutmeg meal; (2) extraction: taking the nutmeg meal, and extracting through the ethanol refluxing process; and (3) purification: adopting macroporous resin to purify a nutmeg total lignanoid extract solution to obtain effective part powder of nutmeg total lignanoids. The method provided by the invention is simple and mild in operation and short in period; the content of total lignanoid effective parts obtained through ethanol extraction, purification and preparation is high; as the ethanol refluxing process and the ethanol elution process are adopted, the environmental pollution is little, the price is low and recyclability is achieved; as the AB-8 macroporous resin is recyclable, the cost can be further reduced; and in addition, the method is favorable in stability and repeatability and has a favorable industrial application prospect.
