The invention is applicable to the technical field of dish-washing machines, and discloses a scrubbing solution distributor and a dish-washing machine provided with the scrubbing solution distributor. The scrubbing solution distributor comprises a containing box arranged on a liner base plate and a driving structure arranged on the containing box. The containing box comprises a box body provided with a scrubbing solution feeding opening and a scrubbing solution discharging opening and a top cover covered and fixed on the scrubbing solution feeding opening. The driving structure comprises an installing seat provided with a hollow-out inner cavity, an end cover assembly covered and fixed on one end of the installing seat, a piston slidably sealed inside the hollow-out inner cavity and a power assembly which is arranged on the installing seat and is used for driving the piston to slide telescopically. The installing seat is connected with the box body in a fastened mode. A scrubbing solution flowing cavity is formed by enclosing of the piston, the end cover assembly and the inner wall of the hollow-out inner cavity. The end cover assembly is provided with a liquid inlet opening and a liquid outlet opening. The liquid inlet opening is connected with the scrubbing solution discharging opening through a pipeline. According to the scrubbing solution distributor, the volume of the scrubbing solution distributor is enlarged, and operating noise of the scrubbing solution distributor is reduced.
