The method is characterized in that the method includes the following steps: (1) baking and frying black kerneled rice; (2) grinding the rice into slurry and saccharifying the rice; (3) performing enzyme solution; (4) producing apple juice; and (5) fermenting the mixture. The beverage is rich in nutrition, and has special aromas of cereals, a comfortable and cool taste and a unique flavor. The added apple juice brings rich vitamins to the beverage, and the beverage has better nutritional values than the liquor using grains as raw materials, and has medicinal and health-care functions.
