Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a puffed food processing field, in particular to a glutinous rice steamed pudding added with stevia. The steamed pudding includes the following ingredients formulated in parts by weight: puffed glutinous rice 800-1200 grams, honey 30-100 grams, stevia extract 50-100 grams, white sesame seeds 50-80 grams, soya-bean oil 40-60 grams and water 100-150 grams. The steamed pudding is prepared by the following steps: mixing and stirring the above-mentioned ingredients evenly, putting the mixture into modular lattices on the cloth of a food steamer, spreading the mixture with a uniform thickness, then flattening the mixture, and steaming the mixture by a strong fire for 15 minutes. The steamed pudding is rich in nutrition, uniform in size, and soft, fragrant and sweet in taste. The steamed pudding replaces saccharin and white granulated sugar with the stevia extract to make low calorie foods, not only has no side effects, but also can treat some diseases, such as diabetes mellitus treating and blood pressure lowering.
