Zusammenfassung:In the present invention, obtained is a CR snubber circuit that can improve the reduction effect of an effective inductance component and suppress a ringing component that is generated when a switching element switches. A first current path is formed on one surface of a substrate and a second current path is formed on the other surface of the substrate, i.e., the rear surface of the one surface, and the two current paths face each other with the substrate therebetween. A capacitor (5) and resistors (6) are provided so that current flows in mutually opposite directions in the first current path and the second current path. A band removing filter is formed by the capacitor (5) and the resistors (6) and an effective inductance component obtained by combining an inductance component of the first current pathway and an inductance component of the second current pathway.
