Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a motor heat-insulating device. The device comprises a baseplate, a cooling tube and a plurality of heat-insulators; the vertical height direction of the heat-insulators serves as an up-and-down direction, the lower surface of each heat-insulator is connected with the upper surface of the primary section of a motor and the upper surface thereof is connected with the lower surface of the baseplate; the cooling tube is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the baseplate and is coiled around the heat-insulators; and the vertical height of each heat-insulator is greater than that of the cooling tube. Compared with the prior art, the heat-insulators are separated from the cooling tube and are simple in structure and easy in manufacturing, so that the thickness of the device is reduced and the mounting stability of a motor is increased; in addition, in the device, heat generated by the primary section of the motor is directly transferred to the baseplate via the heat-insulator and then is cooled by a cooling unit; therefore, not only the motor heat-insulating device has higher heat-insulating efficiency, but the heat is transmitted by the baseplate and dispersed uniformly; the heat is not easy to be accumulated locally to cause heat imbalance, so that the working precision of the motor is improved. |
