Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of a lithium-aluminum alloy negative electrode for a button battery. The negative electrode is composed of foamed nickel, lithium-aluminum alloy powder and a conductive agent. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the lithium-aluminum alloy powder with the conductive agent in proportion, uniformly grinding, filling the foamed nickel in a negative electrode shell with the obtained mixture, and compacting. The negative electrode inhibits expansion caused by the charge and discharge process and reduces the reaction polarization in order to obviously prolong the service life of the battery. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and suitableness for large scale batch production. |
