Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a three-terminal voltage regulator chip-based power supply circuit, belongs to the technical field of power supplies and solves the problem that when a power output point of the existing power supply circuit based on the voltage regulator chip is mistakenly connected to a power terminal during installation, maintenance or application of the power supply circuit, the voltage regulator chip is damaged upon impact of high tension. The three-terminal voltage regulator chip-based power supply circuit comprises a resistor R1, a capacitor C1, a capacitor C2, the three-terminal voltage regulator chip and a second diode; the resistor R1 is serially connected between the power input end Vin of the three-terminal voltage regulator chip and the supply power input end of the power supply circuit; the capacitor C1 is parallelly connected between the power input end Vin of the three-terminal voltage regulator chip and the power ground of the power supply circuit; the capacitor C2 is parallelly connected between the power output end Vo of the three-terminal voltage regulator chip and the ground end GND; the second diode is serially connected between the power output end Vo of the three-terminal voltage regulator chip and the capacitor C2; an anode of the second diode is connected with the power output end Vo of the three-terminal voltage regulator chip. The three-terminal voltage regulator chip-based power supply circuit is applicable to voltage conversion circuits. |
