Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a measurement method for circular cooler orbits. The measurement method comprises the following steps: a, forming a square hole in each of an inner wall plate and an outer wall plate of a rotating frame according to a gas cutting method; b, mounting a total station in the center of a circular cooler; c, setting a first measurement point; d, measuring the old outer orbit by the total station; e, measuring the elevation and radius of the first measurement point of the old inner orbit; f, starting the circular cooler; g, measuring the elevations and radii of the second points of the inner and outer old orbits according the steps (d and e); h, measuring the elevations and radii of other points on the inner and outer old orbits according to the steps (f and g); I, calculating the measurement results; j, jacking a trolley on the first old orbit by a jack; k, changing the other orbits according to the step j; l, detecting the elevations and radii of all the new orbits according to the steps (a to h). The measurement method provided by the invention has the advantages of enabling the radii and elevations of the changed orbits to be correctly adjusted and preventing the trolleys from rail gnawing and derailment. |
