Water cooled vibrating grate structure

The invention discloses a water cooled vibrating grate structure which adopts water for cooling, realizes disturbance of fuel and smooth discharge of ash through vibration and guarantees continuous and stable combustion of biomass fuel in a hearth. The water cooled vibrating grate structure comprises the hearth, a vibrating grate and a support frame, wherein the vibrating grate is located in the hearth and connected with a shaking device, a combustion supporting air chamber is formed below the vibrating grate, the support frame is supported at the bottom of the vibrating grate, the vibrating grate is oblique and the lower end of the vibrating grate corresponds to an ash outlet of the hearth, and a biomass fuel inlet is formed in the upper side part of the hearth and is matched with a corresponding material spread air inlet; the vibrating grate is further matched with a corresponding water cooling structure. The water cooled vibrating grate structure performs cooling conveniently and rapidly through matching of the hearth, the vibrating grate and the water cooling structure, disturbance of the fuel and smooth discharge of the ash are realized by the vibrating grate, and continuous and stable combustion of the biomass fuel in the hearth is guaranteed.
