An aluminiferous product with wood grain line and a surface treatment method thereof; an outer surface is divided into a plurality of wood texture pattern zone and a plurality of non-texture pattern zone outside the wood texture pattern zone; the wood texture pattern zone and the non-texture pattern zone are arranged in a staggering manner; in addition, the wood texture pattern zone is provided with a plurality of linear grooves arranged at intervals; the surface treatment method comprises the following steps: forming a pattern stop layer on the outer surface of the product; carrying out wood texture electrolysis etching for the aluminiferous surface so as to form a plurality of linear grooves at intervals on the zone, uncovered by the pattern stop layer, of the product surface; removing the pattern stop layer; coloring the product surface. By using the method, the color in the non-texture pattern zone is light, and the wood texture pattern zone is deep in color because of the linear grooves, so the surface of the aluminiferous product can be vivid in light and dark, thus providing appearance consistent with that of wooden material, and providing wood texture touch feelings.
