The stabilizer is characterized by comprising, by weight, 10-30 parts of the isomaltulose alcohol, 20-40 parts of xylitol and 10-20 parts of carrageenan. The invention further provides cornu cervi healthcare wine for boosting immunity and a preparation method thereof. The cornu cervi healthcare wine for boosting immunity comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 600-800 parts of white wine base liquor, 15-20 parts of ginseng, 15-20 parts of cornu cervi, 10-15 parts of schisandra chinensis, 10-15 parts of lucid ganoderma, 10-15 parts of medlar, five to ten parts of manyprickle acanthopanax roots, five to ten parts of worm grass and 120-1,280 parts of water. The cornu cervi healthcare wine for boosting immunity is mild in character and good in taste, and has the functions of engendering liquid and restraining the lung, expelling wind-damp and tonifying the liver and kidney, and especially after the stabilizer is used, the problem that the stability of low-alcohol white wine is poor is solved.
