Pentapeptide analogue of insect allatostatin and application thereof

The invention discloses a pentapeptide analogue of insect allatostatin and an application of the pentapeptide analogue. A structural formula of the analogue is shown in a general formula A; in the formula A shown in the specification, wherein Xaa is natural or unnatural amino acid containing hydrophilic or lyophobic side chains. Based on an earlier-stage allatostatin core pentapeptide (Y/FXFGLa) analogue (seen in CN101519433), the 2nd-bit amino acid is replaced by the introduced natural or unnatural amino acid containing the hydrophilic or lyophobic side chains to obtain the analogue with high biological activity; an in vitro radiochemistry test result proves that a part of compounds can be used for obviously inhibiting biosynthesis of female cockroaches juvenile hormone and growth of spawns under a condition of a living body, and the analogue meets the property of insect growth regulators.
