Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a novel asphalt emulsifier by using rosin, chloropropylene oxide and diethylenetriamine through a two-step reaction, and an optimum reaction technology condition for synthesizing the asphalt emulsifier is obtained. According to the invention, CMC value of a target product is 4.89*10mol/L, the value is little; and the surface tension under critical micelle concentration is 25.28mN/m. The synthesized emulsifier is the median-cracking type asphalt emulsifier, can be widely used for a bonding layer, a fog sealing layer and solvent-free cold mixing, and can be used for recovery and utilization of asphalt and stabilization of an asphalt pavement base layer. |
