The degradable hydrate accelerant provided by the invention is degradable, environment-friendly, free of pollution, low in cost, good in economical performance, safe to use and wide in application range; greening of industry is really realized; the hydrate generation and acceleration effects are good; the hydrate generation pressure can be reduced by 40%-60% within the range of 1-15 DEG C; and the generation time is shortened by 70%-85%.
