Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a tail material cleaning device for an FU chain conveyor. The tail material cleaning device comprises a material stop plate which is arranged in a casing and positioned behind a tail wheel, wherein the upper part of the material stop plate is a plane, and the lower part of the material stop plate is an arc-shaped surface; vertical support rib plates are respectively and fixedly connected to the two sides of the material stop plate, and steel angles are respectively and fixedly connected to the bottoms of the vertical support rib plates; an upper L-shaped horizontal support rib plate and a lower L-shaped horizontal support rib plate are respectively and fixedly connected to the back of the material stop plate; bolt holes in the back of the material stop plate and the two ends of the upper and lower L-shaped horizontal support rib plates are respectively and correspondingly penetrated by an upper bolt and a lower bolt from back to front; nuts are respectively bolted at the front ends of the upper and lower bolts; the rear ends of the upper and lower bolts are respectively sleeved by springs. The tail material cleaning device provided by the invention has the advantages that the effects of material accumulation at the tail of the conveyor on the tensioning effect of the tail wheel are eliminated, so that failures can be prevented; meanwhile, a tail empty segment can be shortened and even completely removed, so that the conveyor length is effectively reduced, the cost and operation power consumption of the whole conveyor are lowered, and the operational economy of the FU chain conveyor is improved.
